The way this space is created is incredible. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I quickly felt relaxed, comfortable, and knew the other brilliant people there were ready to engage on a deep level. It felt like magic of the soul. It was such a gift to explore EQ with others, where we could open up because of the container created by this program. There's brilliance here.
Absolutely worth it! It’s addicting how good you feel. Tired but fulfilled. I’ve been waking up early motivated every morning since. I got more out of this program than I thought possible, and it even helped me to make some big forward-looking decisions.
If a key attribute of your professional life is interacting, listening, and leading other people on a daily basis, then this unique exploration of emotional intelligence and its skills is for you. It's not for everyone, it's for people who CARE enough.
This was easily my favorite online experience that I've ever attended. I walked away with so many INCREDIBLE one-on-one EQ skills. What an engaging day! You are coached, supported, and embraced as you are every step of the way.
The session was very accessible. It went by fast, which shows how engaged I was, but I was sad when it was over. I was having so much fun! It's a different angle on emotional intelligence, more focused on experience, connection, and the opportunity to practice. If you're naturally coach-like, you get to grow in this persona. If these terms are new to you, you get a model and tools for more deep and lasting conversations with those around you.
This workshop is about every person, and for every person, because empathy is HARD. The EQmethod helps you flex that muscle more. It's a safe place to practice the skills we often stumble on in real life.
Highly engaging with a high degree of interaction. You'll work on your, well, "people skills," with great materials and really great people. I'm now working on "noticing" more, and being mindful, and am better able to create some distance between a feeling and the corresponding action.
This program was so awesome. Really. A great structure, and an amazing group of people brought together to work on showing up. I feel nourished, connected, grateful, and inspired.
When it comes to remote people skills, lectures aren't helpful. The EQmethod is about practice, and you get better at a different way of listening, sharing, and empathy skills that help you better connect with people, especially with the added distance of being online. If you, like me, are in transition, and on the brink of leveling up in your career, this is for you.
If you're personally upskilling, whether in active listening, self-awareness, self-regulation, or the other important aspects of emotional intelligence, this program is for you. It's a really practical workshop to deepen your skills around EQ and practice in a very safe space of generous participant "coaches."
The program was engaging and quite balanced in terms of topic diversity. It was hard work, but worth it. Powerful themes, and lots of takeaways about how to create space, observe the mind's processes, and focus on self-awareness and reflection.
This workshop in one word: generosity. I thought I'd apply this to my work/clients/community, but I've been applying what I've learned to my most important personal relationships too. You'll learn skills to be a more deep and active listener, to ask better questions and to see beyond the surface level of relationships.
I saw how a change in posture can have a lot of positive impact. It all starts with holding space and deeply listening and seeing where you go together. This is foundational work, a must have for personal or professional endeavors.
This workshop is an amplifier for every conversation, both up and down the ladder. These tools can help you open brick walls, with partners, with kids, with colleagues, with clients. It's all about being a catalyst. You will get better at helping those around you excel, in whatever form that looks like.
The EQmethod is well structured, well designed, and powerful. It's an exploration of our humanity, and helps you be a more effective and impactful human. It's amazing what can happen when a diverse group of people show up for each other. On problems both personal and professional I had SO...MANY... BREAKTHROUGHS!
This is leadership work on appreciating others, their contributions and qualities, and a place to practice listening. Who should take this workshop? Anyone who spends time with other humans.
I thought asking better questions was the key. But the work in deep listening, noticing out loud, and reflecting back is so valuable for how I want to guide my team. Intentionality in holding space for others allows me to try and show up without pre-suppositions, and explore opportunities instead.
What's stuck with me? The richness of deep conversation and human connection. I deeply enjoy this kind of work, it's part of the future of work and develops skills transferable anywhere. A program for change-makers, brave listeners, and curious leaders.
The EQmethod is a deep dive into a set of tools and approaches that you can bring to relationships both personal and professional, to make them more connective and less transactional. For team leaders, teachers, and anyone wanting to bring a more coachly approach to their work, who want a fast-track set of easily implemented EQ tools to do that. It's an adaptable and dynamic programme that works phenomenally well to bring more connection and trust to organizations and teams within them.
Ask more questions, hold more space, and ask the very powerful question: What do you want to do? This is an engaging, safe space for experimentation. You'll expand and practice your emotional skills, and your coaching skills, and appreciate the time you spend.
This was a great learning place, with awesome people. I've gained tools to solve conflicts and to change my posture in those situations. This program is for every leader out there.
This is a practical, tangible approach to improving your 'soft skills.' Sonder is something everyone should learn, and this program provides great techniques. Great research, science, and insights were shared in this workshop. Swapping informing or giving my opinion for reflecting/acknowledging/reframing will improve all relationships.
I was amazed by the caliber of the folks here, tapping into the passions and expertise of the workshop leader. There was a diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and styles of thinking, it was fast-paced and logical and well-modeled. If you're willing to follow the model of immediate vulnerability, it fast tracks going deep, creating safe spaces, and offering breakthrough learning. I loved it.
Amazing! Wonderful exercises meets amazing people. The skills you learn are challenging and very useful, especially reflecting and deeply listening. You can be good at technical skills, but this will improve your skills with people. And since we all work with people, we need this!
We had a great session full of energy. It is friendly, generous, contagious, and authentic. As I'm building my new venture, I wanted to hone the EQ skills that are essential for entrepreneurs to be better leaders. This program delivered.
